When you Appreciate and Love

When you appreciate and love, things around you just feel so right and good and awesome.
How do you that?
Well, here is how I started it and doing it.

One day I decided to try what I learned from a book.
Be thankful for everything, your body, your heart, your hands, your eyes.
Thank the moment you wake in the morning and before you fall asleep at night.
Be thankful throughout the day.
Be the light and the love whenever you meet people.
Feel it in your bones.

I did this until it becomes so natural that I just did it.  All the time.
And then appreciation and love naturally follow.

Practice it until it is a natural part of you.
And then one day you'll just wake up feeling that you have this wonderful awesome life.
Not only that, all things you want just start happening around you.

Be grateful.
