Negative Stuff

Those negative stuff and energy --- you can be BIGGER than them.
When you are connected to God/Source/Pure light, your energy, your soul is bigger than yourself --- so that even if there is negative energy around it, it does not get to you.  So it is VERY important to work on connecting to God/Source/Pure Light, so that no matter what, your positive vibration/bubble is always way bigger than the negative forces.

Just Ask

One of the very delicious things I am learning from LoveOrAbove and Unlimited Abundance series is the power of asking God/Source/Universe.

Just ask.

Whoever I am now, wherever I am now, it is all because I asked.  I have never given any limit to the size and quantity and complexity of what I ask for. I just ask.  And it is Given.  All the time.  In most cases in ways beyond my wildest dreams.

What are your askings in life?

Here are some of mine:

How can I raise my son in the best way possible for his highest benefit?
How I can love my son in the best way possible today?
What can I do to best love my husband today?
What will it take so that all my dealings/actions/thoughts today will profit me?
I ask for wisdom, give me wisdom.
How can I manifest things that are really for my highest benefit?
I ask to understand and know the truth.

Remember who you are

I came across a post in Facebook that hit  me home, hit me in the heart.

We are LOVE --- we are love.  We are LOVE in physical form.
That's who we are.

But sometimes, we wake up and go on with our day, and then go to sleep forgetting that we are love.

What delicious reminder for me this is.

I am LOVE, like God, I am love.
I breathe, talk, think, act LOVE because I am love.

Christie puts and moves energy into something by saying:

"What would it take to <intent>, and everything in the way of that, I uncreate, delete, and destory all of it."

Today I found a way of adding words to it to match my heart energy:

Joining my first thumb/forefinger/ring finger together to get me to my Alpha state:
"What would it take to <intent> , <pause, and feel the energy move in my heart and in my soul>, and everything in the way of that, I uncreate, delete, and destory all of it, and everything needed to make it happen, I Allow."

Brain Frequency

If you have been following my posts, you know that I am currently reading "The Silva Mind Control Method" book.  In the book, Alpha and Theta states of brain wave frequency are mentioned  a lot, and Alpha as the best state of the brain to conjure and imagine what you want and ACTUALLY make it happen.

Hi Christie, I bought the Unlimited Abundance and I really feel very tired nowadays -- I know you said it is normal to feel that way--- I am on the 7th CD and everyday I feel exhausted ; pls tell me this is normal process of releasing a lot of unwanted energy -- I am at a point that maybe I shd take a break from listening just so I dont get so exhausted . Pls advise-- thank you so much for the gift of you!

    Day 1 Listen to CD/ Module 1
    Day 2 Listen to CD/ Module 1 and take notes
    Day 3 Listen to CD/ Module 1 and take any additional notes/ attention to anything you missed previously
    Day 4 Move to next CD/ Module and repeat

    Once all Audio is completed, go back and repeat any parts that you missed parts on or are unclear on (spaced out, fall asleep, etc). Then you can relisten as you are guided. The LoA energy is in the audio, not just the information so just having it on softly in the background as you do other things can help to raise vibration once you have the information down.

    I put a high vibration energy into all of the audios, not just the information, so a lot of times just having it on softly in the background as you do other things can help to raise vibration once you have the information down. Some people listen to the Audios everyday, a different one each day until they cycle through them all again and again. Some people listen to the same one each day for a week and cycle through. Other have 'favorite' ones and keep those to play while in the car, etc.

Once you have the tools and techniques, use them every day as the opportunity to apply them presents - that is where the real effects are experienced, with integration into your daily life.

    Here are some things you can do nutritionally to help support you when doing clearing work.

    Nutritional shifts:
    NO - red meat, dairy, alcohol, tobacco, caffeine, white flour, white sugar, artificial colors/ flavors/ preservatives
    MORE - B Vitamins, Calcium, Magnesium, Potassium, fresh fruits and fresh squeezed juices, lean protein and fresh vegetables
    Mineral water (flat or fizzy) - not filtered tap water (Dasani, Aquafina etc) or distilled water

    More time outside in nature
    Showering after you listen to Christie’s clearing audios
    Soaking in hot mineral salt bath at least 1x/ week

    Your body may need more sleep than usual for processing and integration. Sleep is when out bodies heal, integrate and reboot.

After reading Emile Coué's affirmation thorugh Silva's book, I thought of affirmations for abundance and well-being:

Say this everyday 20 times in succession:

  • Day by day, in every way, I am manifesting all my desires.
  • Day by day, in every way, I am connecting to God and Higher Intelligence.
  • Day by day, in every way, I am becoming a huge money magnet.
  • Day by day, in every way, I am allowing abundance and blessings into my life.

Chapter:  Improving Memory
Page 44:

  • But we have another way, a sort of emergency method, which will take you instantly to a level of mind where recall of information will be easier.
  • Here is how simple it is:  Just bring together the thumb and first two fingers of either hand and your mind will instantly adjust to a deeper level.  Try it now and nothing will happen; it is not yet a triggering mechanism.  To make it one, go to your level and say to yourself (silently or aloud), "Whenever I join my fingers together like this" -- now join them --"for a serious purpose I will instantly reach this level of mind to accomplish whatever I desire."  
  • Do this daily for about  a week, always using the same words.

Chapter:  Creative Sleep
Page 55:

  • While meditating just before going to sleep, say, "I want to remember a dream.  I will remember a dream".
  • During meditation before going to sleep, review a problem that can be solved with information or advice.  Be sure that you really care about solving it; silly questions evoke silly answers.  Now program yourself with these words:  "I want to have a dream that will contain information to solve a problem I have in mind.  I will have such a dream, remember it, and understand it."

Chapter:  Your Words Have Power
Page 61:

  • There are two basic principles:
  • (1) We can think of only one thing at a time, and
  • (2) When we concentrate on a thought, the thought becomes true because our bodies transform it into actions.
  • Therefore, if you want to trigger your body's healing processes, which may be blocked by negative thoughts (conscious or unconscious), just repeat twenty times in succession, "Day by day, in every way, I am getting better and better."  Do this twice a day and you are using the Coué method.

Life is supposed to be fun. You said, "I'll go forth and choose. I'll look at the data, and I'll say yes to this and yes to this and yes to this; and I'll paint a picture of the things that I want, and I'll vibrate about them because that's what I'm giving my attention to. And the Universe will respond to my vibration. And then I'll stand in a new place where a whole new batch of yeses are available, and I'll say yes to this and yes to this and yes to this." You did not say, "I'll go forth and struggle into joy," because from your Nonphysical Perspective you know it is vibrationally not possible. You cannot struggle to joy. Struggle and joy are not on the same channel. You joy your way to joy. You laugh your way to success. It is through your joy that good things come.

Back when I was playing soccer for the University of California, Berkeley, I got into an accident that almost ended my Varsity Soccer career. Some guy took my legs out when I was about to head the ball and I crashed on my tailbone.
The pain was excruciating. I suffered injuries to my lower back and I could barely walk for a week. I couldn’t sit, stand, or even lie down.

I Traveled to the East In Search Of The Secret Knowledge Behind This Life Force Miracle

Immediately after graduation, I set out to Asia and traveled far and wide, studying the ancient practices from many masters. It was an arduous journey but an incredible learning experience as I:
  • Studied bodywork and pressure points in China and Japan.
  • Trained with Tai Chi Masters from Hong Kong and Indonesia.
  • Completed two-week silent retreats with nine hours of meditation per day (and even meditated for ten days in complete darkness).
  • Spent 4 years traveling back and forth to Thailand to study Qi Gong. During my third trip, I had to pass rigorous tests to demonstrate my mastery of the practices and principles.
  • Spent 4 more years studying Traditional Chinese medicine and becoming a licensed Chinese medical doctor and acupuncturist.
  • Completed numerous Yoga Intensives, stood on my head, and could almost get my ankles behind my ears (soccer players have tight hips).

A lesser man would have cried like a baby.

Mastering the ancient disciplines through traditional practice was instrumental to my learning, but grueling. I had suffered “double days” in soccer before, but this training pushed me beyond limits that I thought were impossible. It took years of intense training until I was rewarded.
Even my master was skeptical that a white kid from California could master these internal arts.
He scrutinized every movement I learned until it was perfect. I would struggle to keep my balance, as he pushed me with all his force. He would correct every detail before saying “You only need to do this form 1,000 times more” – which meant it stunk completely. I did the exercise a thousand times and then another thousand before I nailed it.
None of it was easy. And meditation was no different.
Holding a thought for 20 minutes is difficult enough, let alone meditating for a full 9 hours without food, water, or sleep. You could imagine the extraordinary discipline required to meditate in complete darkness for 10 days without letting your mind unravel – a feat that seems brutal and punishing.

Had anyone suggested to me that this traditional form of training would be popular in the West, I would not have believed it.
No one I know has time to commit 9 hours of practice per day, or even 30 minutes. Even if they did, only half would put up with the language barrier, leaving only a fraction who might stay until the bitter end of this steep learning curve.
If that didn’t discourage them, the training would have been too extreme to fit into their modern lifestyles. With more urgent priorities to take care of, like work and family responsibilities, they would have to be superhuman to pursue this form of training consistently—fortunately this was before my twins were born!

The Art of Manifesting - Journey List

I want to share with you through a simple list of things that have brought me to where I am right now in terms of enjoying the art of manifesting or creating/taking control of my reality.  This list is an evolving list and therefore I plan to update from time to time:

  1. Law of Attraction - It was very important that I became aware of this law, because the bringing forth of this awareness has led me to learn how I can change my point of attraction to bring about what I want.
  2. Feelings - I have learned that Feelings play an integral part in your point of attraction.  What you feel move energies around you and by Law of Attraction, your feelings emit a certain level of energy which will attract LIKE energies.
  3. Thoughts - My thoughts move me to feel, and therefore, if I have control over my thoughts, I can feel whatever/however I want to attract whatever I want into my experience.
  4. Vibration - this is related to your feelings; depending on your feelings, your vibration is higher or lower, and where you are on this scale directly affects the quality of your life.  If you are on the level of LOVE or higher, your life will be surrounded with joy, abundance, and love, and the higher you move up the scale, the more infinite your power is to live an incredible life.
  5. Flowdreaming - a tool I use to guide my daydreaming of things I want to happen in my life.  I invest on this daily; I daydream what I want my future to be FROM a happy place, from a higher vibration scale.
  6. Meditation - a tool I use to quiet my mind, connect to, and listen to whatever God/Source/Inner Being/my Higher Self/Angels/Guides would like to communicate with me
  7. Gratitude - something I do every millisecond; THANK YOU God for everything; thank you, thank you, thank you; something I use to lift my spirit and pivot my attention to all good things around me so that good things continue to flow into my life.
  8. Chakras - something I plan to improve on; with the Charkras, I open my energy points to ensure that when I am talking, I am speaking my truth in the most beneficial way for me and for others, that my Crown Chakra is open to receive Spiritual Guidance, that my Third Eye is all seeing and all knowing through my intuitions, that my Ears are open to listen to Divine messages, that my Heart is overflowing with love and make my actions and thoughts of Love.
  9. Journalling - a tool I use to reinforce my daydreaming and manifestational power =)
  10. Prayers - a tool to connect to God/Source/Inner Being/my Higher Self/Angels/Guides, to have a conversation, to communicate, to cleanse, to invoke energy

Life Coaching

I am beginning to realize that one of the things that I really want to do in life involve inspiring, or coaching, or uplifting people.  I love to have the energy to just be happy, at peace, optimistic, hopeful at ALL times and radiating that energy to anyone I meet -- because in doing so, the energy that is bounced back as a result of a positive interaction is SO delicious, so amazing, so contagious.

Your Feelings

Just in case you don't know it, your feelings are a DIVINE GIFT.

When we came into this world, our life purpose is to be happy, expand, and enjoy/live a great life.  Just like all the divine creation in this world, this path of happiness is our natural flow.

When we are not going with this flow, we don't feel good, and when we are going with the flow, we feel good.  Feelings are your internal navigational system that is designed to let you know whether you are connected with God/Source or not.

When we feel good, everything feels light and even tingly and optimistic and full of life.
When we don't feel good, we feel very heavy, the body and mind are just not creative and inspired and hopeful.

Having said all of these things, I use my feelings "efficiently" as follows:

  1. Let me know if I am doing what benefits me or not
  2. Figure out what I really want.  When I don't feel good, I thank God for giving me this feeling because it makes me think of what I really want.  When I figure out what I want, I use all my will and energy to divert the negative thinking to focus on what I want to happen;  in other words, instead of saying "I don't like that ...", I say, "I want to have ...."  or "I want it to be..."
  3. Makes me check my vibration level; it is a reminder of where I am vibrationally and knowing where I am lets me know what I am attracting.  A mere 17 seconds of focused thoughts/feelings on something is enough to attract similar thoughts and if you do it for 68 seconds, you have stirred the universe to bring upon into your experience similar things that you make you feel the same way you are feeling at that moment --- so the best action is to change your feelings to change your vibration and change your point of attraction
  4. I use feelings to listen to my Inner Being/Higher Self
  5. I use feelings, the happy ones, to put me in a very high state of awareness, from which state I conjure all the things I want to happen in my life
I hope you find this useful --- it takes practice but once you get the hang of it, you become in control of your feelings, and become in control of your life.

Let Go and Let God

My sister emailed me today and told me that she did not have a very good day because she is diagnosed with something "undesirable" (for privacy reasons I will not state it here).

I know for a typical person who is pragmatic, it is so easy to focus on a "bad news".  But what is really bad? Bad is just a point of view and it varies from person to person.  It is just an opinion.

The old me, if I have received the same news, would worry too much, would feel sad, will wallow in self-pity, and miss all the good, fun things around me, miss to acknowledge all the beautiful blessings surrounding me.

The NOW me is totally different.  OK, I am diagnosed with something.  I will thank God that I got this message -- that  I want to understand why I got this message (use LOA to attract the answers), and I am thankful that I have the knowing that everything will work out for me, that All is Well, and that I have God backing me up, and then I thank God that I will do good and get better and that this prayer is already answered.

Is it hard ---?  As long as you have practiced this FAITH and KNOWING that all is well, and it is already part of your body and brain, like it is as natural as breathing air, and no one else can influence you to think otherwise, then it is not hard at all.
