Attracting Happiness Exercise

I have read somewhere that whatever you focus on, it only takes 17seconds before another like thought comes into the picture or joins your thinking/thought.   That is LOA in action. In this post I want to show you how I use LOA in attracting happiness and lifting my spirits when I need it.

When I want to be happy or happier, I think all of the things that make me feel very happy, like this:

- I am happiest when the house is clean (I imagine a very very clean house and linger with that feeling for a little bit)

- I am happiest when beauty surrounds me
- I am happiest when I can buy things that I want and desire
- I am happiest when I am with my family relaxing and laughing and spending a really good time with each other
.... and so on and so forth.

When you do this and put energy to feel the emotion as you recount the moments or things that make you happy, you not only gradually feel better but you actually moved things in the Universe to align things for you so that all those like things that will make you feel happy will manifest in your life.
