Laughing it Out

Oh honey --- when you are feeling down --- stop whatever you  are doing..
breathe in and out...
close your eyes ...
stay still ...
and just breathe
and use LOA to lift your feeling.
say:
"I want to feel better, I want to feel better, I want to feel better"
"I'm feeling better"
"All is well"
"Everything is working out for me"
"I have the Universe backing me"
"I let go of this negativity"
"I'm ok"
"I'm ok"
"Whatever this is I delete this energy"
"I am beautiful, I am loved, I am a gift to the world"
