I have been practicing the ball of energy/blessing tool that I learned from the Love Or Above program, and yesterday, with my son, we both gave my husband a ball of this love and energy and blessing. I packed it with the positive energies of the opposites of all the things he has been complaining about at work. When I got home today, I asked him how his day was and he said it was a great day! He said the other day was better and today was great. I was smiling big inside my heart as I know that it is my "ball of blessings" that helped him today!
