Coping with negative thoughts
When you are upset, do a mental check and catch yourself doing that by the upset feeling you are experiencing. What you focus on amplifies and attracts other like thoughts and if you focus long enough, cirsumstances around you will start to make you feel more upset --- so what do you do? Cancel the thought, muster your strength to focus on something else. For me, I focus on asking myself, "why I am feeling this way?" and from there identify what I want, and I summon every strength and concentration power I have to imagine what I want until I feel better. I also tell my ego to shut up and remind myself that I am love, I am love, I am love.
Child senses which is the better feeling parent
Children pick up our vibes and energies very very well. If one of the parents is positive and loving, and the other isn't, it is very normal for the child to gravitate to the parent who makes him/her feel loved. It is not because of favoritism; it is the spirit's desire to stick with a better feeling person and situation.
Floating over a challenge
I am learning how to just float over a not so feel good situation by doing this: when something is being said or something is happening that is far from what I want, my old self would argue about it with my spouse. My "new" self takes sometime to analyze whether what is happening is worth a "fight" or not --- and sometimes by doing so, I catch myself going the direction of finding a calm and peacefule place in my mind, and as the not so good situation develops, I make a choice to quietly say "thank you for this, it is making me undertand and realize what I really want, and here's what i want" and then I imagine what i want...and the negative situation seems to stop developing and dies there.

In a previous post, Your Favorite Silva Method Technique, I wrote about some of my favorite Silva Method Techniques, one of them being the Glass of Water Technique. This is what I wrote:
The Glass of Water Technique
“Growing up,The Glass of Water Technique was my go-to technique. I found it to be very successful for those times I felt sick. For example, if I had a stomach ache I would go into my level and energize a glass of water. Then, while drinking the water, I would tell myself, “This is all I have to do to rid myself of this stomach ache.” I would also imagine myself feeling healthy and strong after I drank the energized glass of water. And it worked every time!”

More recently, I used this technique to revive a plant of mine. I bought a plant, that I’m sorry to say I was neglecting and one day I noticed that my little plant was not doing so well. That night I decided to energize a glass of water and give it to the plant. As I watered the plant with the energized water, I pictured the plant growing big and strong. I have been doing this for a couple of days now and I am proud to report that my plant is look more alive than ever!
The Glass of Water technique is also used whenever you need information or guidance. It is excellent for making decisions, finding misplaced objects and gaining a deeper understanding of life’s challenging situations. When we do not know the solutions to problems, we lack the necessary information. Once we have enough information, answers and solutions usually become obvious.

Applying The Glass of Wtaer
At night, just before retiring, get a water glass and fill it with water. While drinking approximately half of the water, close your eyes, turn them slightly upward, and say to yourself, “This is all I need to do to find the solution to the problem I have in mind.”
Then, put away the remaining half glass of water, go to bed and sleep.
In the morning, upon awakening, drink the remaining half-glass of water, then close your eyes, turning your eyes slightly upward, and say to yourself, “This is all I need to do to find the solution to the problem I have in mind.”
With this programming, you may awaken during the night or in the morning with a vivid recollection of a dream that contains information that you can use for solving the problem, or during the day you may have a flash of insight that contains information that you can use for solving the problem.
Remember with The Glass of water technique you enter your level automatically as you close your eyes and turn them slightly upward while drinking the water. use your emotions/physical cues as "feedback" rather than "setback". sample 1: when you want to study and you are falling asleep, dont take it as "this is too difficult for me, I cannot do this"; take it as your body giving you feedback that you may need to change your position, or you may need to take a nap first, or change your location, etc. Think feedback instead of setback ~
simlar to the ridges on the highway when you are veering off the main road, your body has natural mechanisms to give you "feedback" on whether you are doing something that is good for you/keeps you in your life's purpose. These ridges are your emotions (internal/mental health) and your physical conditions.
Whatever you are learning in life --- especially the values/lessons that pertain to loving, caring, appreciating, being grateful --- share them with your children. That is one of the best gifts you can give them - the gift of tools to live life happily and abundantly. If you havent figured it out yet, do your best to discover what it takes to be really happy -- and leave that great legacy to your kids --- your gift of preparing them for a happy life and future should be one of your life's goals --- and remember, you get back what you give, a hundred fold ~.

Three Finger Technique
Today I'm going to teach you the 3-finger technique. Whenever you are happy, program yourself to remember that vibe/frequency/feeling so that you can get your body to that level during the moments that you need to be motivated/energized/reminded of what life really is about. The way you program your body to do that is whenever you are happy/high/feeling the "nirvana"/excited/content/relaxed, put your three fingers (thumb/forefinger/middle fingers) together. Do it as often as you can until it becomes second nature to you, and by doing so, your body associates that gesture to those feelings. Now, when you are not feeling good, and you need to feel good, just put those three fingers together, and your body will get you "there". Happy Friday and remember, focus on the good and the good will keep coming your way!

Universe/Source at work: we retired two airlined credit cards a few months back, only to find out that each of the card had to credit us back money. Hubby wanted me to call them and I really did not want to and been dilly dalying on making the call. So what did universe do for me? Last week, we received checks from each of the credit card company for the $ they need to give us back. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
Universe/Source at work today: we were at YMCA and I was asking if we can use the warm pool even if we are not members; they said no; meantime a member lady who was there when I was asking this question said that she has friends passes she is not using -- she asked the YMCA staff if we could use if she gives them to us --- and they said yes -- we got SEVEN free passes from the lady! swimming time here we come! Thank you , thank you, thank you!

Abundance Meditation
I am filling my spiritual bank account with positive thoughts about new paths, generous support and faith.
I recognize that I am blessed with a healthy body and insightful mind - for which I am grateful.

The Law of Attraction is very simple and straightforward: you attract what you believe. If you say an affirmation and immediately cloud it with doubt – “how will I ever achieve this?” or “who would ever want what I have to offer?” you will only become frustrated as your reality effortlessly matches your vibration. Every single time, without fail, you will attract what you expect.
Look around at your circumstances. They are a direct result of what you believe. You have the power to create something BETTER.
So, the trick to shifting from ‘seeing is believing’ and adopting ‘believing is seeing’ is all about vibration, and feeling good.
Doubt and other negativity create resistance in your vibration.When you doubt, you cause resistance in your vibration. Doubt does not feel good. Fear does not feel good. HI Mrs. Meyrose and Mr. Russell,
I'm Annie Maki, Brandon Maki's mother. Brandon is currently k1 under the care of Mrs. Meyrose, who by the way is truly touching the life of our precious one.
I am writing because I want to share a short video with you that really resonated with me because it addressed some of the concepts that I have been wanting and wishing are incorporated into our educational system today.

Brandon is 5 years old now. He is just becoming aware of the world around him, he is at a stage where people, things, and events around him start to form as foundational knowledge to his well being. I am 41 years old and the things I learned from the time I gained consciousness of how the world is and how that formed my own perception of what is and how it is, and how my knowledge either gained through formal education or personal experience navigated me to where I am now and where I want to be in life, or what I want to have, or what I want to be in the years to come, have borne a desire in me to do my best to find the school that will be instrumental in providing an education to our son that will not only assist him in being academically sound and successful, but will possess methods/tools/concepts that will enable him in some level, to be successful in life.
I believe that school is just one type of education in this journey called life, as home life is also an education system in its own right, including the education we assimilate simply by going through life making day to day choices and being accountable for those choices, and the education we receive through people/events/things/religions that inspire and motivate us.

When something or someone manifested but is not as perfect as what you want
This is what my heart tells me when something or someone I really want to manifest seemed to have manifested but it is not quite the perfect version of what I wanted.
Please allow me to use an example of manifesting a partner/boyfriend/girlfriend as an example to make it much easier to share my thoughts.
- When you asked God/Universe for your ideal mate for the first time, you must have started out by describing that person physically, emotionally, financially --- you have a list of all the ideal traits of that person
- The more you focus and imagine this perfect person for you, the more sure you become on what you want and not want --- this is the Law of attraction working for you
- If you think about this dream of yours day and night, and you feel as you imagine this person, Law of attraction will start bringing people into your life who possess those traits that you listed; sometimes the traits come one at a time or just a few at a time to help you know if that's what you really want; for instance, you may have asked for someone really artistic and smart, and then you meet someone whom you start to get attracted to, who is smart but not artistic, and then you ask if she is the one. The universe is helping you figure out if the absence of artistic is really that important to you --- if you feel it is, then you just have to wait, and have faith that the perfect one is being prepared for you
- You can always change what you want; you dont have to stick with your original list; the important thing is that what you want is really your heart's desire, and you feel happy and inspired whenever you imagine what you want. When you start to feel a diminished feeling while imagining, you know that you are getting way too detailed and it is not fun anymore, then you must stop and go back to the level of imagining where you feel happy and fun
- As you wait, have fun with it --- keep expecting your dream to come true as much as you can, and then one day, YOU HAVE IT.

As I was scratching his back, I started asking him to thank God for the following:
- for our eyes --- and Brandon started saying, because they make us see
- for our nose --- Brandon: because they help us breathe... (Me: and let us smell all the good smell)
- for our mouth --- Brandon: because they let us talk ... (Me: and taste food and enjoy eating)
- for our heart --- Brandon: they make us live ... (Me: and make us feel and love)
- for our arms and legs --- Brandon : they make us move... (Me: and dance, and run, and walk, and do all sorts of fun)
- for our Mommy and Daddy --- Brandon : if we dont have mommy and daddy it is sad
- for our bed --- Brandon: if we dont have a bed, I will sleep on the floor
- for our house --- Brandon: if I dont have a house, I will sleep outside
- for our blanket --- Brandon: I will feel very cold
... and we continued to just look around his bedroom and thanked God for everything.

The Never-Ending Learning About Life
I have so much to share, so much to write about but I am feeling exhausted today due to the travel and the cleaning and unpacking I did since 5pm. I want to leave this message to all of you before I go to bed and wake up to a brand new day:
You are loved, you are perfect --- you are all beautiful~.
God and the Universe are on your side protecting, loving, blessing you all with everything you want and need. Know that happiness is everywhere around you if you only allow it. Love is all around you, and all you have to do it feel it. Let the beauty of nature remind you of how magnificent you are and how you are one with this awesome creation. Lastly, you are a creator, just like God. You have the power to create the life of your dreams, and yes, you CAN create the life that you want.

Dream Home
We took a 10-day vacation in Florida and got home today. During this vacation, I started reading Sonia Choquette's "Your Heart's Desire", and started relearning new ways on how to manifest and create the life that I want.
One of the steps described in the books is defining or knowing your heart's desire. In this process, my heart told me that I want to live in my dream home --- a home I can be proud of, a home suited for entertaining, with a view, a pool, and all that fancy stuff you can imagine in a dream home. You see, we currently live in an almost 60-year old three bedroom ranch, in a very old subdivision, in a cul-de-sac, and close to apartment buildings. We tried to sell our house twice and it did not sell for the price that we wanted.
Anyway --- this post is about the feelings I had when we got home from the vacation in Florida. When we were there, we rented a 3 bedroom house with a pool and is very close to Disney and all amenities. The house was also decorated very nicely and it felt like "home" to me. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and its own bath and so roomy it has a reading nook -- everything I wanted in a bedroom. I compared our house to the rental house and then... we came home.
As I walked in the kitchen, I saw our house in a NEW light. It was a beautiful feeling --- I felt our house welcome us with so much warmth and love. God even sent us a welcome shower as I was unpacking. I literally fell in love all over again with our house. Slowly, my heart inspired me to clean, rearrange a little bit, as if I am making our home my dream home again. As I am writing this post, I am teary-eyed about the love this house is providing us and blessing us. I feel its energy embracing me -- every corner of this house, feels truly our HOME.

One of the steps described in the books is defining or knowing your heart's desire. In this process, my heart told me that I want to live in my dream home --- a home I can be proud of, a home suited for entertaining, with a view, a pool, and all that fancy stuff you can imagine in a dream home. You see, we currently live in an almost 60-year old three bedroom ranch, in a very old subdivision, in a cul-de-sac, and close to apartment buildings. We tried to sell our house twice and it did not sell for the price that we wanted.
Anyway --- this post is about the feelings I had when we got home from the vacation in Florida. When we were there, we rented a 3 bedroom house with a pool and is very close to Disney and all amenities. The house was also decorated very nicely and it felt like "home" to me. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and its own bath and so roomy it has a reading nook -- everything I wanted in a bedroom. I compared our house to the rental house and then... we came home.
