"How guidable are you? To live an intuitive life, you have got to be spontaneous. You've got to move and be able to go with the flow and not intellectually fight it."
Life is meant to be lived joyfully and celebrated every day, every minute, every waking breath. Reading the entries should inspire our energies to joyful thoughts and positive thinking and allow the Universe and Source to align love, health, wealth, and wisdom, everything in our life that is meant for our highest benefit and good.

My Spirit
Loving all the new found wisdom from Sonia Choquette --- who puts in perfect words the understanding I have about my soul, my conscience, my spirit:
"No matter how bad it is, no matter how it looks, you've got your spirit, who talks to you through your vibes. So always trust your vibes. We will be taken care of as long as we trust our vibes, but if we listen to our fears, there will not be any guarantees."
Sonia Choquette Part 2/5 - 'The Three Minute Meditation Technique' "Conversations with Robyn"
- Goal to bring you to spirit and present time
- You can only be guided in the moment
- Meditate yourself back to the moment: do for 3 mins - breathe, look around, and then naming what you see, and after doing this, your mind will be in the present, at peace, and you'll be open to your intuitive spirit
Being in the moment is SO powerful don't you know that?
Being in the moment reminds you that all those negative thoughts and feelings are just in your head! If you breathe and breathe and look around you, right now, right where you are, all those stressful things you are thinking about are not really there. It is all in your head, the story you are telling yourself is a story you chose to weave and believe. It is about time you start realizing that whatever you are thinking is based on what you choose to think -- and what you think drives how you feel, and the stronger your feelings and focus are on these thoughts, the faster it manifests in your experience. So please please --- open your eyes and heart to this truth --- this powerful truth that if you can master your thoughts, you can master your feelings, and if master how you feel, you can master what manifests in your life experience!

if you are stuck in a rut and you cant control what is happening around you, WHY STRESS then? WHY let things ruin a precious day of your life by worrying over and over and over? Accept and just let go. There is nothing you can do about it but you can do something about how you feel about it. YOU CAN DO IT!

When things don't happen the way you wanted them to be, do this:
- deal with the negative feeling and let it move quickly through your body as quickly as you can
- Breathe and then shift to this thought:
- All things that are happening are following a Divine plan. In everything that is unfolding in your life, there lies ALWAYS a gift, an opportunity, a blessing, and so instead of feeling anger or disappointment, shift to WONDER, to the positive anticipation of the unfolding happening before you, then COOPERATE, and you'll get the gift, opportunity, and blessing that lies beneath.

I want to share something that I found immensely important from Andy Dooley's CD's.
We should separate ourselves from our negative feelings and do our best to avoid letting our negative feelings define us. For example when you are tired, say "I feel tired" instead of saying "I am tired" because when you do the "I feel" phrase , you are declaring to yourself that the emotion is separate from who you really are.
This helps a lot in distracting the negative emotions to compound and help us remember that our emotions are not who we really are, but they are just feelings.
"I am feeling sad" is better than " I am sad".
The next time you feel something negative, fight it off by acknowledging that you are just feeling it and it is not you.
On the contrary, when it is a positive feeling --- that's when you should use the I AM!
I am rich vs I am feeling rich
I am happy vs I am feeling happy
Work that Law of Attraction to your highest advantage and see the magic happen!

When we were kids, we used to have fun all the time.
Nothing worried us. When we got upset, we didn't dwell too long in the negative feeling.
We let go right away and moved on.
Our world was full of love, fun, and laughter.
As we grew older, we somehow outgrew those things as well.
We got really serious about things to the point of forgetting the fun.
We now often find ourselves saying "I wish I was a kid again, no worries in the world".
What happened between being a kid and becoming an adult?
I believe we forgot that life is really supposed to be fun...
It is never too late to change back to the belief that LIFE IS SUPPOSED to be fun.
The more fun and laughter you have, by law of attraction, the more joyous and happy your life would be.
I know this because that's how I am living my life right now and it is such a blessing, such a good feeling, such a good place to be.
Be in the moment!
Be spontaneous!
The law of attraction focuses on your now and therefore, all your power is in the now.
Live your life moment by moment having fun, cherishing it, appreciating it, accepting it, loving it, and witness how all the things you have asked for manifest one by one before your very eyes.

There is so much synchronicity in my life lately that I am so appreciative of God and the Universe.
I get green lights ( I thank my Green Light Angels)
I get really good parking spots (Parking lot Angels)
The other day, we needed a table for the three of us and by the time we finished ordering (we were in line), a table became available for us
I wanted to take pictures of the art display at a restaurant but the art was right by a group of customers. You know what happened, they finished eating as I was saying I want to take pics, and left...I got the space I needed for the pictures!
Meetings get cancelled when I want to have time for me or time to work on something that needs focus.
Hubby buys me something that I have been meaning to ask him to buy for me.
I wish you all the experience of the magic of synchronicity~!

You have the responsibility to take of yourself.
You have to love yourself VERY VERY much.
Loving yourself includes being in tune with what is going on inside your mind and your heart.
There are days when I feel like I don't want to go to work.
On those days, I know that myself needs a break and quiet time.
And I listen to myself and take a day off and make sure that I take the quiet time that my soul needs.
Today, I woke up with that feeling so instead of ignoring it, I decided to stay home.
I meditated and did my own Qi Gong while listening to a vision meditation song and flute melody meditation music.
I listened to the birds (so many birds flew around me at that time).
I felt the breeze and marveled at the beautiful blue skies and puffy clouds (I love looking at clouds).
I listened to the universe.
There is so much love that filled me.
I blessed myself, my families and friends, and EVERYONE with so much love, abundance, great health, and happiness.
I felt so peaceful.
If I went to work, I would have missed this magical moment of my life.

A friendly reminder about others and their feelings:
You are not responsible for how others feel.
You are only responsible for how YOU feel.
And how you feel is always driven by your interpretation of things.
And your interpretation is driven by your beliefs.
And your belief is driven by what you think -- your thoughts.
So --- change your thoughts and you change your beliefs.
And then you can control/change how you feel.
And if you can do that, you can feel HAPPY every time you want to.

one day with a close friend of mine, we pretended for straight 30 secs that our red hot desire just came true --- a lot shrieking and tears and jumping -- it was incredible! we did this exercise to match the vibration of where we want to be - in other words - we pretended we already have what we have been asking for. it was unbelievable. it's like, now that I have it, what's next? so that's how it feels. now on to the next.
the first thing you need to master is controlling your thoughts.
your thoughts drive how you feel.
you know you are making progress when you are catching yourself feeling negative or talking negative and you make a conscious decision to stop it.
That's right baby! You are on the right track!
Just keep doing it until positive is the only thing you know best to do!

so what that this and that are not working out the way you want it to be? so what? meantime, everything else is looking good, everything else is working out. be thankful for that --- take your attention away from what you dont want --- and trust that everything is always working out for your. never doubt for a minute that all is well with your life.

Be Happy Now!
You must be happy now to bring happiness into your life through the law of attraction. It's a simple formula. Happiness attracts happiness. Yet people use so many excuses as to why they can't be happy. They use excuses of debt, excuses of health, excuses of relationships, and excuses of all sorts of things as to why they can't use this simple formula. But the formula is the law.
No matter what the excuse, unless you begin to feel happy despite it, you cannot attract happiness. The law of attraction is saying to you, "Be happy now, and as long as you keep doing that, I will give you unlimited happiness."
Rhonda Byrne From #TheSecret Daily Teachings

Subtle Way Criticism Creeps Into Your Thoughts
From The Secret Daily Teachings:
Criticism can be very subtle in the way it creeps into our thoughts. Here are some examples of criticism to help you become aware of its subtlety, so you can eliminate it from your thoughts:
The weather is awful today.
The traffic is terrible.
The service is really bad.
Oh no, look at the line.
He/she is always late.
How long do we have to wait for our order?
That motorist is a lunatic.
It's so hot in here.
I've been on hold for so long!
These are subtle things, but the law of attraction is listening to them all. You have the ability to appreciate something in every single circumstance. There is always something to be grateful for.

taking advantage of tapping techniques to activate positive energy : tap the right ear while saying positive affirmations; tap your heart while stating intentions of pure unconditional love; tap the top of your head (crown chakra) to keep the divine channel and guidance and connection open and active!
Time is My Friend
really loving "time is my friend" affirmation. the other day, a typical drive to work would have been a late arrival. i changed my point of view, and before i started driving, i set out an intention that time is my friend, that my house is Point A and my work is Point B, i then imagine folding that line twice and saying I have enough tme to get to work. intuition kicked in to take another route to work, and got there in 15 mins instead of 30mins. tried it again today and wow! i even had a parking spot right in front of the entrance. TIME is our friend!

Creator of The Secret
Creator of The Secret
What is the most powerful thing you can add to the process of creating what you want? Ask for others as you ask for yourself. An easy way to do this is to ask for ALL, which of course includes you. Ask for a good life for all, peace for all, abundance for all, health for all, love for all, and happiness for all.
When you ask for others, it comes back to you, so the law has it ALL covered.
May the joy be with you,

Tapping For Peace and Happiness
There have been many times in my life where I felt happiness eluded me.
The challenges I was facing were over-whelming at times. I really didn’t even care if I felt happy, I just wanted to go to bed and forget about it all.
During those times it has been helpful to assist myself with the following technique:
Tapping for peace and happiness:
While tapping on the center of your chest (your Heart Chakra), repeat the following statements:
Even though I feel overwhelmed and stressed I am allowing myself to feel more peace.
Even though I don’t have as much money as I would like, I am having faith in myself and God that things will change.
Even though I feel like giving up at times, I know that this too will pass.
Even though it is easier to focus on what I don’t want, I am choosing right now to remember
all the blessings I have.
If necessary do this several times a day. Come up with your own statements. Validate your
current experience and then make a choice to let it change.
Tapping is a natural communicator for your body. As you tap and speak truth, truth
is turned on within the body.
Take time to tap these powerful statements everyday.
Write these statements on your bathroom mirror (remember use a dry erase marker!!), and tap them in every morning.
Your energy will shift to a higher vibration and things will begin to feel better.

The Secret Equation
Thought + Emotions = Attraction
Use this equation to repel what you don't want and attract what you want into your life experience.
Colors At Home
As I am learning more about Chakras and how I can use color to activate them, I was thinking about how I can implement these colors at home. I looked around only to find out that the way I planned all the colors for our home was so that it aligned with the Chakra colors. It is amazing! I planned the color scheme for our home 8 years ago even before I knew about energies and Chakras. I do have one room in the house that has the least coloring and that is the basement. A healing by colors is in order for that room.

Thankful
I am just thankful for all the wisdom coming my way. Everyday that I am blessed with, every desire towards achieving a much higher sense of the divine, spiritual knowledge is bringing me more than I have asked for. I love everything I am learning. I love learning that praying by thanking in advance as if things are already as I want them to be is so effective. I hope all of you are feeling blessed as much as I am feeling blessed. And if not, here's a ton of blessings to all of you.

Appreciation
"For most, it's easier to appreciate others, because you've clogged your pipes up about
yourself. And so we usually don't encourage you to start with yourself, because you don't have
immediate success with that because you've practiced clogging up your pipes.
So, appreciation is just - all it is - it's a matter of finding the easiest thing in the
world for you to appreciate and appreciating it until you've practiced yourself into the vibration
of appreciation. Because once you've practiced yourself into the momentum of appreciation,
then you are able to appreciate wherever you go. And then utterly, formerly, obviously,
unappreciatable beings become also easy to appreciate. Not because they have changed,
but because you have."

Meditation as a way of Getting Ahead!
http://www.wired.com/business/2013/06/meditation-mindfulness-silicon-valley/
Meditation and mindfulness are the new rage in Silicon Valley. And it’s not just about inner peace—it’s about getting ahead.
CHADE-MENG TAN IS PERCHED ON A CHAIR, his lanky body folded into a half-lotus position. “Close your eyes,” he says. His voice is a hypnotic baritone, slow and rhythmic, seductive and gentle. “Allow your attention to rest on your breath: The in-breath, the out-breath, and the spaces in between.” We feel our lungs fill and release. As we focus on the smallest details of our respiration, other thoughts—of work, of family, of money—begin to recede, leaving us alone with the rise and fall of our chests. For thousands of years, these techniques have helped put practitioners into meditative states. Today is no different. There’s a palpable silence in the room. For a moment, all is still. I take another breath.
The quiet is broken a few minutes later, when Meng, as he is known, declares the exercise over. We blink, smile at one another, and look around our makeshift zendo—a long, fluorescent-lit presentation room on Google’s corporate campus in Silicon Valley. Meng and most of his pupils are Google employees, and this meditation class is part of an internal course called Search Inside Yourself. It’s designed to teach people to manage their emotions, ideally making them better workers in the process. “Calm the mind,” Meng says, getting us ready for the next exercise: a meditation on failure and success.
More than a thousand Googlers have been through Search Inside Yourself training. Another 400 or so are on the waiting list and take classes like Neural Self-Hacking and Managing Your Energy in the meantime. Then there is the company’s bimonthly series of “mindful lunches,” conducted in complete silence except for the ringing of prayer bells, which began after the Zen monk Thich Nhat Hanh visited in 2011. The search giant even recently built a labyrinth for walking meditations.
It’s not just Google that’s embracing Eastern traditions. Across the Valley, quiet contemplation is seen as the new caffeine, the fuel that allegedly unlocks productivity and creative bursts. Classes in meditation and mindfulness—paying close, nonjudgmental attention—have become staples at many of the region’s most prominent companies. There’s a Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute now teaching the Google meditation method to whoever wants it. The cofounders of Twitter and Facebook have made contemplative practices key features of their new enterprises, holding regular in-office meditation sessions and arranging for work routines that maximize mindfulness. Some 1,700 people showed up at a Wisdom 2.0 conference held in San Francisco this winter, with top executives from LinkedIn, Cisco, and Ford featured among the headliners.
These companies are doing more than simply seizing on Buddhist practices. Entrepreneurs and engineers are taking millennia-old traditions and reshaping them to fit the Valley’s goal-oriented, data-driven, largely atheistic culture. Forget past lives; never mind nirvana. The technology community of Northern California wants return on its investment in meditation. “All the woo-woo mystical stuff, that’s really retrograde,” says Kenneth Folk, an influential meditation teacher in San Francisco. “This is about training the brain and stirring up the chemical soup inside.”
It can be tempting to dismiss the interest in these ancient practices as just another neo-spiritual fad from a part of the country that’s cycled through one New Age after another. But it’s worth noting that the prophets of this new gospel are in the tech companies that already underpin so much of our lives. And these firms are awfully good at turning niche ideas into things that hundreds of millions crave.
MANY OF THE PEOPLE who shaped the personal computer industry and the Internet were once members of the hippie counterculture. So an interest in Eastern faiths is all but hardwired into the modern tech world. Steve Jobs spent months searching for gurus in India and was married by a Zen priest. Before he became an American Buddhist pioneer, Jack Kornfield ran one of the first mainframes at Harvard Business School.
But in today’s Silicon Valley, there’s little patience for what many are happy to dismiss as “hippie bullshit.” Meditation here isn’t an opportunity to reflect upon the impermanence of existence but a tool to better oneself and improve productivity. That’s how Bill Duane, a pompadoured onetime engineer with a tattoo of a bikini-clad woman on his forearm, frames Neural Self-Hacking, an introductory meditation class he designed for Google. “Out in the world, a lot of this stuff is pitched to people in yoga pants,” he says. “But I wanted to speak to my people. I wanted to speak to me. I wanted to speak to the grumpy engineer who may be an atheist, who may be a rationalist.”
Duane’s pitch starts with neuroscience and evolutionary biology. “We’re basically the descendants of nervous monkeys,” he says, the kind with hair-trigger fight-or-flight responses. In the modern workplace, these hyperactive reflexes are now a detriment, turning minor squabbles into the emotional equivalents of kill-or-be-killed showdowns. In such situations, the amygdala—the region of the brain believed to be responsible for processing fear—can override the rest of the mind’s ability to think logically. We become slaves to our monkey minds.
KENNETH FOLK
“All that woo-woo mystical stuff is so retrograde. This is training the brain.”
“MY OLD COPING STRATEGY—THE BOURBON AND CHEESEBURGER METHOD—WASN’T WORKING,” SAYS GOOGLE’S BILL DUANE
Repeated studies have demonstrated that meditation can rewire how the brain responds to stress. Boston University researchers showed that after as little as three and a half hours of meditation training, subjects tend to react less to emotionally charged images. Other research suggests that meditation improves working memory and executive function. And several studies of long-term practitioners show an increased ability to concentrate on fast-changing stimuli. One paper cited by the Google crew even implies that meditators are more resistant to the flu.
But Googlers don’t take up meditation just to keep away the sniffles or get a grip on their emotions. They are also using it to understand their coworkers’ motivations, to cultivate their own “emotional intelligence”—a characteristic that tends to be in short supply among the engineering set. “Everybody knows this EI thing is good for their career,” says Search Inside Yourself founder Meng. “And every company knows that if their people have EI, they’re gonna make a shitload of money.”
Meng has had quite a career himself, joining Google in 2000 as employee number 107 and working on mobile search. But for years, his attempts to bring meditation into the office met with limited success. It was only in 2007, when he packaged contemplative practices in the wrapper of emotional intelligence, that he saw demand spike. Now there are dozens of employee development programs at Google that incorporate some aspect of meditation or mindfulness. And Meng—who was born in Singapore and was turned on to Buddhism by an American nun—has slowly ascended to icon status within the company. More than one Search Inside Yourself student has asked Meng for his autograph.
There is in fact little data to support the notion that meditation is good for Google’s bottom line, just a few studies from outfits like the Conference Board showing that emotionally connected employees tend to remain at their current workplaces. Still, the company already tends to its employees’ physical needs with onsite gyms, subsidized massages, and free organic meals to keep them productive. Why not help them search for meaning and emotional connection as well?
Duane, for one, credits Google’s meditation program with upgrading both his business and personal life. It wasn’t long ago that he was a stress case, and with good reason: He was leading a 30-person site-reliability team while dealing with his father’s life-threatening heart disease. “My typical coping strategy—the bourbon and cheeseburger method—wasn’t working,” he says. Then Duane attended a lecture Meng arranged on the neuroscience of mindfulness and quickly adopted a meditation practice of his own.
Duane believes the emotional regulation he gained from meditation helped him cope with his father’s eventual death. The increased ability to focus, he says, was a major factor in his promotion to a management post where he oversaw nearly 150 Googlers. In January he decided to leave the company’s cadre of engineers and concentrate full-time on bringing meditation to more of the organization. Google executives, who have put mindfulness at the center of their internal training efforts, OK’d the switch.
Duane still doesn’t have much use for hippies. He still professes to be a proud empiricist. But when I walk back into the Search Inside Yourself class, neither he nor any of the other Googlers seem at all fazed when Meng tells us to imagine the goodness of everyone on the planet and to visualize that goodness as a glowing white light.
As before, Meng’s voice lowers and slows to a crawl. And, of course, we close our eyes. “When you breathe in, breathe in all that goodness into your heart. Using your heart, multiply that goodness by 10,” he says, in a variation on a Tibetan Tonglen exercise. “When you breathe out, send all that goodness to the whole world. And if it’s useful to you, you may visualize yourself breathing out white light—brilliant white light—representing this abundance of goodness.” We exhale. I actually feel a buzzing on the underside of my skull as I try to imagine pure love. For a minute, I forget that we’re in a room ordinarily reserved for corporate presentations.
SEARCH INSIDE YOURSELF might have remained a somewhat isolated phenomenon in the Valley if a mindfulness instructor named Soren Gordhamer hadn’t found himself divorced, broke, out of a job, and stuck in the town of Dixon, New Mexico (population 1,500). Gordhamer, who had spent years teaching yoga and meditation in New York City’s juvenile detention centers, was feeling increasingly beleaguered by his seemingly uncontrollable Twitter habit. He decided to write a book—Wisdom 2.0: Ancient Secrets for the Creative and Constantly Connected—that offered tips for using technology in a mindful manner.
The book wasn’t exactly a best seller. But Gordhamer struck a nerve when he described how hard it was to focus in our always-on culture. By providing constant access to email, tweets, and Facebook updates, smartphones keep users distracted, exploiting the same psychological vulnerability as slot machines: predictable input and random payouts. They feed a sense that any pull of the lever, or Facebook refresh, could result in an information jackpot.
And so he got the idea to host a conference where the technology and contemplative communities could hash out the best ways to incorporate these tools into our lives—and keep them from taking over. The event, billed as Wisdom 2.0, was held in April 2010 and drew a couple hundred people.
That was three years ago; since then attendance at the now annual conference has shot up 500 percent. In 2013 nearly 1,700 signed up to hear headliners like Arianna Huffington, LinkedIn CEO Jeff Weiner, Twitter cofounder Evan Williams, and, of course, Meng talk about how they run their enterprises mindfully. Gordhamer has become a Silicon Valley superconnector, with an array of contacts that would make an ordinary entrepreneur burst with envy. He now leads private retreats for the technorati, and more conferences are in the works—one just for women, another to be held in New York City. “Everywhere you turn at Wisdom,” says PayPal cofounder Luke Nosek, “it’s like, ‘Oh my God, you’re here too?’”

What is the Root Chakra?
As the name implies, the root chakra, or the first chakra, is your foundation. Also known as the base chakra, the root chakra is the first of sevenenergy centers within our bodies, and is located at the base of the spine.
The Sanskrit name for the root chakra is “Muladhara”, which means ‘foundation’. A solid foundation or root system is essential for anything: buildings, plants, goals, learning and mastery – it grounds you, and so having an open root chakra will allow the rest of your life to unfold and blossom as it should. This chakra gives you vitality, courage, confidence, willpower and a sense of adventure or a pioneering spirit.
This is the chakra that drives your most basic primal needs: food, shelter and connection to others. It drives your need to create a safe, comfortable home environment; be financially secure; and have loving relationships. An open root chakra gives you the ability to plan for the future instead of simply reacting impulsively to circumstances – this is especially relevant when talking about financial issues.
Your Muladhara emanates a deep scarlet color which connects you to the earth. The energy of the root chakra is channeled through the adrenal gland above the kidneys, which enables you to respond quickly and activates your instinctual ‘fight or flight’ reactions.

What Happens When Your Root Chakra is Closed?
Today, survival is often financially driven. If you are finding it difficult to get by and you struggle under constant financial pressure, your root chakra may be blocked. When you struggle financially, you are under tremendous stress and this stress taxes your adrenal glands, leading to weight gain, depression, low energy, and low self-esteem. A lack of money can damage your sense of security, and burdens you with guilt and shame. People with closed root chakras often find that this situation continually perpetuates itself.
Even if your finances are in order, a closed root chakra can manifest in unsatisfactory relationships, a chaotic home environment, or a profound lack of the courage and self-confidence necessary to pursue your dreams.
Since the root chakra drives our basic needs of sustenance and connection to others, you may experience problems like poor body image and unsatisfactory relationships. You may struggle to separate your own difficulties with those of others, and occasionally find yourself carrying burdens which are not yours to carry.
The result of a blocked root chakra can be diminished self-confidence, guilt, hopelessness, overwhelm, resentment and depression as well as physical problems such as adrenal fatigue, Epstein-Barr virus, Crohn’s disease and cancer.
Healing the Root Chakra
Healing a blocked root chakra begins with connecting to the earth. Go outside! Be in Nature. Get some sunshine and fresh air. Connect with your foundation, Mother Earth!
Doing something physical outdoors is the optimal way to restore vitality and energy flow in your root chakra. The following activities will help open your root chakra:
- dance
- yoga
- running
- walking
- gardening
- rock climbing
- hiking
- outdoor team sports such as football
- any activity that requires you to be aware of your body and the earth
If you find yourself continually stressed out, your adrenal glands are working overtime. You may have become used to a certain level of tension in your life, but this can be sneaky and escalate into full-blown adrenal fatigue. Watch out for irritation over little things; insomnia; constant worrying; weight gain in the belly; and physical fatigue. The best ways to help your adrenals relax and stop continually dumping adrenaline and cortisol into your system are:
- meditation
- avoiding stimulants like coffee
Eat red foods that come from the earth such as beets, sweet potatoes and other root vegetables; season your food with red spices like cayenne, paprika and chili powder.
Red is the color of courage. Whenever you feel weak or incapable, wear red! Introduce reds into your home environment.
To open the root chakra further, really appreciate the world around you. Connect to it in any way you can. See the abundance, beauty and miracles in everything. Feel a connection between yourself and the earth and all life on it. Soon, the crimson energy of the root chakra will be pulsing beautifully once more!
What is your life like with a healthy, open root chakra? You are not merely surviving – you are thriving. You have a healthy relationship with yourself and other people and feel a deeper connection to earth and its inhabitants. You meet your basic needs and instinctual urges in a wise, balanced way with one eye toward the future, and financial problems sort themselves out. You may exhibit a strong need to protect and care for the earth.
3 Traps That Keep You From What You Want
Not manifesting what you want? You might be getting in your own way.
Allow more of what you want to show up! See if you fall into one of these 3 traps…
1. You have the “have-to-have-it” feeling.
Feeling like you have to manifest something is a sign that you’re afraid it won’t show up. Your fear gets in the way of your belief.
Let go of fear. Let go of your anxiety that it won’t happen. The less you worry, the easier you can allow. Take time every day to identify your dominant intentions, free of worrying about how and when they will show up for you.
2. You’re trying to do it all yourself.
You have the desire. And the belief. Now you think only you can make it happen? Wrong!
Allow synchronicity into your life. Synchronicity follows the law of least effort. The details of life easily fall into place with unpredictable timing. The doors that are right for us to move through in life open effortlessly. When a situation or choice is not in our highest good, synchronicity is nonexistent, and the doors are hard to open.
Trust and allow. Get out of the way and let synchronicity play out. Only “do” something to help it happen when you feel prompted to.
3. You wish that other people would change.
We all desire better relationships. But you can’t force them. It will backfire every time you try!
Loosen your grip and allow others their experience, free of judgment and criticism. Allow others to be exactly where they are while you choose to be where you are. Allow yourself to forgive even when those you forgive have not changed for you.
The art of allowing is one of life’s great lessons. As you learn and relearn it, you will create more joy.
God Bless You as you practice the art of allowing this week.
