I discovered that when I am around my son, he helps me be on Alpha/Theta level with my eyes open. When I meditate right next to him while he is sleeping or quietly playing, he makes my meditation feel like heaven. My son is like an angel walking on earth with 50,000 level of vibration blessing me with such energy.
