This is a simple word but a very powerful one especially when you are feeling that life is against you, or things are not going according to your plans, or someone is just bugging the heck out of you.
If you start practicing to relax during such circumstances in your life, and begin to switch your thought pattern to relax --- you will experience a sudden shift in your life, a shift that is positive and empowering.

"Doing the best at this moment puts you in the best place for the next moment."When you let go, you simply go with the flow of life. And the flow of life always leads you to the place that is best for you.
